Project Manager (Digital / Web Projects)

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of digital projects, working together with development, design and business stakeholder teams. The ideal person is organized, proactive and has experience managing web products in agile environments. It is important to have familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as Next.js, as well as a good understanding of UX/UI processes, to facilitate communication between technical and creative teams.

Responsibilities

—Manage projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery
—Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, designers, business)
—Ensure compliance with timelines, scope and priorities
—Facilitate agile dynamics (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives)
—Translate business needs into clear requirements for the technical team
—Track project progress, quality and deliverables
—Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure a user-centered experience

Requirements

—English required (oral and written)
—French desirable
—Previous experience in digital or software project management
—Familiarity with Next.js and modern front-end workflows
—General knowledge of UX/UI design processes
—Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
—Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, Slack or similar
